Slaton was subsequently arrested on suspicion of illegal possession of Schedule I, illegal possession of Schedule VI, and two counts of child endangerment, per the release. Brian Scott Lovvorn, who was also in the vehicle, is facing the same charges.

The pair have since been booked into the Crockett County Jail. "The charges and allegations referenced in this release are merely accusations of criminal conduct and not evidence," the sheriff's department noted. "The defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and convicted through due process of law."

Representatives for TLC and the Crockett County Sheriff's Department did not immediately respond to Entertainment Weekly’s request for comment.

Slaton has starred on 1000-Lb. Sisters since it premiered on TLC back in 2020. She is the mother of two children — Gage Deon, 4, and Glenn Allen, 2 — whom she shares with her ex-husband, Michael Halterman.
