Another royal photo flap is brewing, and this time it's over pictures of a pregnant Duchess in a bikini.
The Duchess of Cambridge was holidaying with husband Prince William and her family on the private island of Mustique last week when the long-lens shots were taken.
"We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas," a spokesman for the couple at St. James's Palace tells WHO. "This is a clear breach of the couple's right to privacy."

A preview of the cover of Chi magazine, shown on the website of its publisher Mondadori, shows the royal couple in swimwear on a beach on the holiday island of Mustique. A photo of Catherine, wearing a blue bikini and walking through shallow waters, appears under the headline: "The belly grows."
Reportedly, the magazine's royal feature also includes phtos of Catherine's sister, Pippa, on holiday with couple, as well as the rest of the Middleton family including her parents Carole and Michael and brother James.
The photos – Catherine and William walking arm-in-arm on the beach in their swimwear as well as the bikini-clad Duchess frolicking in the surf – are published in Chi magazine this week as well as expected in a U.S. tabloid. Six months ago, Chi printed photos of the Duchess sunbathing topless in France while the couple were on their tour of South East Asia. French magazine Closer also ran those images.

ReplyI've seen the 'offending' photographs on television and personally I saw nothing scandalous about them - you wouldn't even know Kate was pregnant . "That's not the point" I can almost some hear people say. It's true that the pictures were taken on a private holiday although on a public beach. Best not to buy the magazines that publish these intrusive photographs if people are upset. Perhaps it would have been best if the British royals had ignored the publication too. Why give these magazines the free publicity?
