Katie Holmes's Divorce Bombshell: Inside Her Secret Escape
WHO Magazine delivers a 15-page special report into the sudden split between Hollywood power couple Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, revealing how the actress secretly plotted her escape after tiring of her superstar husband’s control amid growing fears for the future of their daughter, Suri. “Katie went from this beautiful, happy face to this sullen, sad person,” says a Holmes source. “She was never with any friends—only Suri. Her parents wanted the old Katie back.”

Yet Cruise, who was on the set of his movie Oblivion in Iceland, was left blindsided and shattered by his wife’s decision to file for divorce. “He is in shock,” a source tells WHO. “He had no idea this was coming. He’s totally devastated and heart-broken.”
