This way of eating so works when it comes to weight loss! I've been portion controlling since seeing a dietician from New Years and have lost 5.5 kilos so far. My husband even lost weight too as he is eating the same dinners! You will get hungry every 3 hours if you use portion control correctly and you eat 6 times a day. I still eat chocolate and sweets but now only eat 30g chocolate or two plain sweet biscuits with a cup of tea. My typical day of meals in order - 2 weetbix with banana and soy milk, 2 pieces of fruit, a salad and chicken wrap, handful of dried fruit and nuts, 100g meat with vegies and a quarter plate of starch, and then 2 biscuits with cup of tea. Then 1.5 L of water. Don't drink juice or soft drink - this counts as calories too! Don't forget to exercise.

So, I'm and expert? And I do generally eat small portions, so why am I still 12 kilos overweight?
So....if I'm a Portion Control Expert, why then don't I use this wisdom????????
