Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum Broke Up Because of More Than Just Geography
Insiders say there were multiple reasons for the end of their relationship.
With a little more time since news broke about Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum ending their three-year relationship, more details are coming to light as to why the two didn't work out. Sources shared with People that while there's not one specific incident that led to the two going their separate ways, there were some things that insiders noticed.
"The split is amicable. They realized they're at different stages in life," a source shared with the publication. While the two worked together and will continue to do so, the source added that their living situation also contributed to the breakup.
"Channing spends a lot of time in Los Angeles because of his daughter, but Zoë prefers N.Y.C.," the source added.
Earlier this week, friends shared that they'd broken up before the news made headlines.
"They haven’t been on the same page and grew apart," another source shared.
The same day that news broke about the end of their engagement, Tatum had shared that he and Kravitz would be working on another film together: Alpha Gang.
Production insiders confirmed to People that Tatum and Kravitz still have plans to be involved with the project, despite their breakup.
The source explained, "They will continue to work together and are excited about a new project. They both love filming and creating. Channing has a lot of respect for Zoë's focus and passion."
