Natanya Brook, a former star of X Factor and The Voice in the UK died suddenly at the age of 23 while playing online video games.
An inquest has heard that Natanya, who was also part of a semi-pro online gaming team, was playing with friends last August when she died.
The Mirror reports that Natanya - also known as Tanya - was found dead in her room by her mother Jenny.
She had checked on her in the morning and thought she was asleep, but when she found her in the same position hours later she called Paramedics.
They arrived and performed CPR, however the young sinder was pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy was unable to confirm an exact cause of death, but Natanya had a history of seizures and childhood epilepsy.
"We always told Tanya her epilepsy was a diagnosis and not an excuse to not do anything and that's how she lived her life," her mother said after her death.
"She changed people's lives whether it be encouraging people to sing or making them smile.
"She just had this ability to pull people towards her. I don't think there is any more she could have done in her 23 years."
