Ingredients

  • 1 cup refrigerated eggnog

  • ½ cup milk of choice, dairy, almond, oat, I used almond milk for this recipe

  • 1 shot espresso or ¼ cup strong coffee

  • ⅛ to ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • Whipped cream, I used aerosol from the can

  1. Prepare espresso or coffee. Keep hot.

  2. Heat the eggnog and milk in the microwave in a microwave safe measuring cup or mason jar. I heated the milks about 45 seconds. Tested and put back in for another 30 seconds. Then, I covered a mason jar with the mixture and shook for about 20 seconds. When you open the lid the mixture should be frothy.

  3. Pour the hot espresso or coffee into a mug. Now, pour the mixture over the coffee. No need to stir.

  4. Add whipped cream to the top and sprinkle with nutmeg. Even if you don't use the whipped cream, add the nutmeg on top of the hot drink. That's it! Enjoy!!
