WH chats to covergirl Erin McNaught

Erin McNaught chats to Women's Health.

As well as pics of that insanely fit body (#girlcrush), the TV presenter, model and one-time Miss Australia posts adorable snaps of her baby Evander – “Van” – (tick), sweet shots of husband Elliot Gleave AKA UK muso Example (tick) and is no stranger to an animal meme (double tick)

But let’s rewind to that body. It’s fair to say the 32-year-old was most definitely at the front of good genes queue, but she sweats hard to stay in shape.

“I come from a really active family,” she says, chatting to us over the phone from her parent’s home in Brisbane.

“I grew up doing Little Athletics, touch football, cross-country running and track and field all through school, so it’s in my blood.”

Erin’s childhood home was stacked with mountain bikes and medals, she was a mountain bike champ in her teens and at one point, she, her parents and her two brothers were all cyclists of the year in their respective fields. “My parents still ride every Sunday morning – they call it their church!”

Now a new mum and a wife, the last couple of years have seen the former MTV host and Neighbours actress’ fitness routine change dramatically, but she still craves that adrenaline rush.
