We believe in a happier, healthier life for women – it’s the foundation for every single story we print and every photo we snap. And, 100 issues on, we’re proud of what we’ve achieved: our experts have guided you to better health, fitness and happiness; our annual I Support Women In Sport campaign has changed the way Australians celebrate our female athletes; and hopefully our witty jokes have given you a few laughs along the way.

We’ve had many highlights since our launch in 2007, but what I’m most proud of is being part of a team of real women (and one token bloke!) passionately living the brand and working hard to help Aussie women get the most out of their lives.

But enough about us. This month we know you’re ready to turbocharge your fitness for the year ahead – and we also know that looking your best starts with feeling great (because when your confidence is on point you can make a pair of trackies look hotter than hotpants). So we’ve filled this issue with workouts, nutrition and health inspo to help you feel your shiniest for 2016 – and beyond. Here’s to the next 100!
