Prince Harry, Wills and Kate Middleton All Have Something To Say About Mental Health

With 45% of the Australian population estimated to be affected by depression in their lifestyle, mental health is no small feat. Thankfully, the royals agree. Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (a.k.a. Wills and Kate) and ginger hottie Prince Harry have all banded together to speak out in support of a charity called The Heads Together campaign, which aims to encourage conversations about mental health.

The campaign has been named charity of the year for the 2017 London Marathon. To mark the occasion the young royals released a video – and their outtakes at the end are super adorbs. Watch and melt above.

“Mental health is just as important and physical health” says Kate.

“We can all play our part by talking and listening to each other and helping each other find support,” Adds his hotness, Harry.

Here at Women’s Health, we couldn’t agree more, awareness about the silent epidemic needs to be raised. And the royal’s latest move is definitely a step in the right direction.
