Michelle Bridges Releases Fitness Playlist
The fitness queen has put together a collection of songs guaranteed to get your blood pumping.

With the right music playing, your grueling workout routine can somehow seem remarkably easier, but sometimes it’s can be hard to master the perfect gym playlist. Why is why we all breathed a collective sign of relief when the fitness queen herself, Michelle Bridges, announced she’s released her own workout album.

“I’ve been training with music all my life, I have playlist like you cant believe on my phone,” said Michelle.

“So it just makes total sense for me to bring out an album that you can train to, whether you’re running whether you’re boxing whether your cycling every body works better and gets more out of themselves when they’ve got pumping tunes.”

Her album, Michelle Bridges: Booty Blitz Trax was released last Friday. It’s available for purchase on CD which is on sale at JB Hi-fi and Sanity, but because CD’s (sadly) won’t fit in our iphones, you can also but the energetic playlist on itunes.
