This woman’s booty transformation in just nine weeks will blow your mind.
Lily Rivera shared her amazing progress photos online after starting a 12-week program called Body, by Aussie fitness blogger Madalin Giorgetta.
The 20-year-old from Oregan, US, says she’d been going to the gym for months before trying the guide and wasn’t getting anywhere.
“I would go, do a couple exercises that I liked, and then leave. I wasn’t getting anywhere with my results, and I was getting very frustrated,” Lily tells Be.
While Lily says she was never overweight, she decided she wanted to live a healthier lifestyle about two years ago and became a vegan.
She had been struggling with eating disorders over the course of her life and realised something needed to change.
“I’ve been vegan for two and a half years, and that’s always made it easier for me to keep weight off and eat healthy,” Lily says.
“I didn’t want to build muscle, I thought I would look ‘too manly’ or something. But once I found the fitness community on Instagram, I educated myself on how to train properly, on how to build muscle and lose fat, and to feel better about yourself overall.
“It’s really changed my whole mindset, and I’ve found true healing through weight training.”
The program focuses on your glutes and Lily is stoked with the results.
She now goes to the gym at least five days a week and tracks her progress on Instagram for her followers as well.
“I don’t really have an end-goal or a final result in mind. As long as I feel good and happy, I’m on the right path,” she says.
Even founder of the program Madalin sung Lily’s praises online, when she shared Lily’s progress photos with her 688,000 followers.
“I mean just look at all that beautiful peach. So amazed and proud of this girl and all her hard work,” Madalin wrote on Instagram.
Lily says it can be easy to get caught up in the latest fad, but this program has ‘changed her life’. And her biggest piece of advice: ‘buy a resistance band’.
“Also, take progress pictures of yourself, and look back on them when you feel unmotivated,” she says.
