Woman fuming after Tinder date shamed her 'charity shop' dress
A woman has been left fuming after a man she matched with on Tinder shamed her for the dress she’s wearing in her profile picture.
The woman, who goes by the name Thea Lauryn Chippendale on Twitter, uploaded a screenshot of their conversation for her followers, as well as a picture of the dress.
“Men are trash. (Included the pic he’s on about),” she wrote.
The screenshots blatantly show that her Tinder match, George, has absolutely no idea how to converse with another person online.
“Not gonna lie you’re a bit of a joke but that dress in the last photo is not doing any favours. Hope this helps,” he said, like it was no big deal.
Thea wrote back with a simple: “Excuse me?”
George went on to say “You heard!”, as if he was giving out some important information.

“Why did you feel like you need to comment on it? Is your head that far up your own ar** that you thought your opinion mattered?,” Thea replied.
George sent her a final message saying: “Literally had to tell you else I wouldn’t of slept. It’s awful you not reckon? Charity shop job! I tell you what… GROW UP! And shop somewhere decent! Thank. Hope this helps.”
The post has already been retweeted nearly 6,000 times, with people coming to Thea’s defence on Twitter.

“His ex had that dress and wore it when she cheated on him. It's the only explanation here.
“PS. You're f*****g stunning x,” another person said.
Others started to relay their own horror Tinder stories, with one person saying a guy once matched with her on the app just so he could tell her he didn’t like her eyebrows.
Another person said a guy matched with him on the app just to tell him his curly hair would look creepy when he was old.
