Woman claims ‘Cheating makes our relationship better’

A woman, who has been given permission to have affairs by her partner, claims that cheating makes their relationship better.

The 29-year-old, from London, has been in a relationship with her partner, 50, for eight years. But medical problems on his side effectively ended their sex life.

Four years ago, she was then given permission by him to have affairs and since then she said their relationship has improved.

“I have only ever seen positives from it,” Jade* told FEMAIL.

Jade met her partner when she was 21 and lost her virginity to him. She had not been with another man until she had her first affair and now she explained that she only cheats with other married men.

She joined notorious dating website Ashley Madison a year ago and has since been on multiple dates – not all leading to sex – has had a three-month fling with one married man and is currently six months into a relationship with another.

While she knows her situation is unique, Jade says most of the people are on the site because they “genuinely don’t want to ruin their marriage”.

“I think they aren’t doing it for the right reasons,” she said.

“The guy I’ve been having an affair with for the past six months has even said that his marriage has improved because he is not feeling that resentment towards [his wife] for not having a sex life.”

She also explained that not all dates lead to sex and she often also uses the men as an emotional support network when dealing with problems in her own relationship.

One of which is the prospect of marriage and children in the future.

“We have thought about whether there will be a point in the future where we will go our separate ways,” Jade admits.

“But we’re both really happy at the moment so it’s hard to think like that now.”
