Who Will Win 'Dancing with the Stars' 2024? After Watching Every Episode, Here Are Our Predictions
Next Tuesday, everything will come to a crescendo on Dancing with the Stars when the winner of Season 33 of the dance competition will be awarded the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy at the end of a three-hour supersized episode in which the finalists will compete in two final dances for the winning combination of judges scores and fan votes.
But which of the five will win Dancing with the Stars and walk away with the glittering trophy? In a surprise move during the semi-final elimination, all five couples were astonished to discover that no one was going home. So, the five couples in the finale are the same as they were for the semifinals: Danny Amendola and Witney Carson, Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson, Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong, Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten, and Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold.
Of these, Stephen and Rylee are the long shot underdogs. They had the lowest judges' scores—53—and with good reason. As Derek Hough told Stephen about his cha cha, “The dance got the better of you.” They should have been the couple eliminated if there had been an elimination. That said, Stephen has won fans over with his charm, and while he doesn’t have a fan base as large as his fellow Olympian, Ilona, he should still manage a healthy amount of votes.

The Olympian who has a huge social media following is Ilona Maher and there is no doubt in my mind that she and her pro partner would have made it through an elimination. Plus, Ilona is the perfect example of the type of star that should be on Dancing with the Stars. She is someone who came in with no dance experience or anything related like cheerleading or martial arts, and she has worked hard and improved each week, getting her first 10 on the 500th episode last week, and three more 10s this week. Plus, she finished in the middle of the leaderboard.
Sadly, Danny began strong but has been backsliding for some unknown reason. Like Ilona, he is exactly who should be on DWTS because he, too, has no dance experience. What he does have is the grace of a natural athlete. That and his NFL supporters are what have brought him this far, but it won’t be enough for the win.
The best dancer in the bunch is Chandler, who does come with previous non-ballroom dance experience but when you see her on the ballroom floor, you can forgive her advantage because she’s in a league of her own. She has the grace and elegance for a beautiful Viennese Waltz and the footwork for a Quickstep. What she may lack is a large enough fan base to beat out my predicted winner.

Who will win Dancing with the Stars season 33 in 2024?
Prediction: The winner of season 33 of Dancing with the Stars will be Joey and Jenna, who not only finished the semifinals tied at the top of leaderboard with Chandler, but both Joey, as part of Bachelor nation, and Jenna, as one of the fan-favorite pro dancers, will pull in the fan votes for the combined top score.
The only person who should be able to steal it would be Chandler and Brandon. As mentioned, Chandler is a better dancer than Joey, but as we’ve seen in the past with Bachelorettes Kaitlyn Bristowe (2020), Hannah Brown (2019), and Melissa Rycroft (2012), Bachelor nation is a strong voting bloc. Not to mention that Joey is the first Bachelor star to make it into the finale, so they will want to throw their support behind him. And he is a good dancer, who has grown over the season. He came without dance experience, but he had taken part in cheer in high school.
