Her visible pregnancy put to rest ugly rumours that she's faking it and using a surrogate, while she also slammed reports she used IVF gender selection to conceive a son. Of more genuine concern to Kardashian West: keeping up a healthy diet and exercise regimen this time around. "I have a nutritionist," said the mum of North, 2, who revealed she has already gained 9kg. "The last pregnancy, I ate a doughnut every day."
