Michelle Bridges is renowned for her disciplined, focused approach to her life and business.

And when it comes to matters of the heart, the celebrity trainer’s outlook is no different—there’s no time for negativity.

Despite the abrupt ending of her romance with her Biggest Loser co-star Steve “The Commando” Willis, 36, Bridges has revealed to WHO that she regrets “nothing whatsoever” about their three month relationship.

“It’s been mutual,” Bridges, 43, tells WHO. “We both decided we operate better as mates”.

In an exclusive interview and photo shoot in The Hamptons, Long Island, the fitness powerhouse has opened up about her break-up with Willis, which began just months after her nine year marriage to her business partner, Bill Moore, 59, had ended.

While Willis has announced that he has moved back in with his former partner Froso, the mother of his two children, Bridges maintains she is not hurt by his actions.

“I have a great amount of respect for Steve. We’re good friends and we will continue to be.”

Why her personal life may have been through a workout of late, brand Bridges is right on track, with the fitness guru revealing she is launching her 12 Week Body Transformation program into the U.S market in early 2014.
