REVEALED: WHO's Most Beautiful People Of 2013

They already share a bond that spans two countries and several years, now designer Nicole Richie and singer Delta Goodrem’s friendship has been captured in a stunning photo shoot to mark their status as two of the world’s most beautiful women.

Both taking out the coveted covergirl position for 2013 in WHO’s Most Beautiful People list, Richie, 31, and Goodrem, 28, have opened up about their unique connection and what they have come to admire about each other since they were first introduced by Richie’s husband, Good Charlotte frontman, Joel Madden.

“What I’m most drawn to about Delta is her talent,” Fashion Star mentor Richie revealed during WHO’s exclusive shoot in Los Angeles’s Pacific Palisades. “The way she can just belt out a song was so rare to see. Her singing is unreal, her talent is beyond.”

Goodrem, whose friendship with Richie has blossomed since she moved to LA three years ago, credits the mum of two for her strong family values, incredible style and support of women. “I admire so much about Nicole,” Goodrem told WHO. “She is a great mum, and great wife to Joel. She’s a girl’s girl, she loves women and she supports them. She is a woman that I think many women aspire to be.”

While both concede their covergirl status on WHO's Most Beautiful People issue was “a little hard to take in,” the two glamazons relished the opportunity to spend a day together striking poses and sharing laughs during the picturesque shoot on March 21. “I will be passing these shots around to everybody,” said Richie, laughing. “I am very honoured.”
