MILEY AND LIAM'S BIG MOVE

Usually she collects dogs—she has five and counting—but Miley Cyrus's latest acquisition, a $3.56 million 1958 bungalow in Malibu's Ramirez Canyon enclave, not only boosts her impressive real estate portfolio but makes her a neighbour of her fiancé, Liam Hemsworth.

The house, which has been remodelled and boasts an electric-car charging station and kid's suite with Spiderman-themed bathroom, has a driveway abutting the $8.75 million pad where Hemsworth, 26, has lived since 2014, and will mean Cyrus gets quiet time with the actor away from his busy share place. Reported TMZ.com, Cyrus, 23, "spent [millions] to get some immediate alone time with Liam."

But while she's switching up addresses, Hollywood's wild child is also making other changes. She's growing out her short hair, has abandoned partying and is posting Instagrams not just of her tongue or her topless, but cuddling one of her dogs, without makeup or drama. A source tells WHO, "Miley seems to have matured a lot."

Since they rekindled their engagement last month since splitting in 2013, Cyrus and Hemsworth have been spending time together at her current house in Hidden Hills, and have avoided the spotlight.

The couple hasn't even been out for dinner since getting back together, although the actor admitted on Feb. 5 he was "maybe" making Valentine's Day plans. "They both seem more mature," says another source, while the first insider adds, "She even stopped hanging out with friends that are too wild. For now it seems to make her happy."
