A federal judge issued an arrest warrant for Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis on Tuesday.

Judge Fernando M. Olguin issued the warrant after the 42-year-old failed to turn over two luxury vehicles – a Cadillac and a Bentley – as payment to his lawyers, who helped him sell the Girls Gone Wild brand out of bankruptcy last year, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Francis previously stated that he couldn't turn over the cars to the lawyers because they were taken by a strip-club owner in Mexico after the owner became angry that various Girls Gone Wild promotions had fallen through in the wake of the bankruptcy.

Francis first filed for bankruptcy in 2013 after a casino owner attempted to wrest control of Girls Gone Wild from its founder to pay off Francis' $30 million gambling debts. The company was ultimately sold to new owners in 2014.

Currently, Francis is thought to be living in Mexico, where he has spent time with stars like the Kardashians, evidenced by photographs on his Instagram account.
