The new royal baby is almost here!
Kate Middleton is in the hospital in the early stages of labour, officials have announced.
Joined by her husband William, Kate entered the private wing of St. Mary's hospital in west London on Saturday at 6 a.m., after a short drive from their home at Kensington Palace. It's the same place where son Prince George was born in July 2013.
HRH The Duchess of Cambridge was admitted at 06.00hrs to St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London and is in the early stages of labour.

For royal fans, many of whom have been joining in the excitement by betting on the possible gender and baby name – Alice for a girl recently caused a wave of excitement – the wait will soon be over.
And for an expectant media, now that she is in the hospital, police and local officials have given the go-ahead to camp amid the familiar forest of aluminum ladders opposite the Lindo Wing's famous door.
Kate, 33, is being attended to by a team led by the consultant obstetrician Guy Thorpe-Beeston.
Since her last public outings March 27, Kate has been quietly preparing for the birth of her second child, including getting in some last-minute shopping in London. As she devoted herself to her son Prince George, she took outings to farm parks near her country home Anmer Hall and her parents' home, where she spent a few days before trying to relax at the young family's London residence at Kensington Palace.
William, 32, meanwhile, has been able to be back home earlier than planned after passing the first phase of his air ambulance training for his upcoming job.
It was announced that Kate was pregnant back in September, when she was forced to pull out of a public visit alongside her husband.
Suffering from severe pregnancy sickness as she did with George, Kate had to cancel a solo tour to Malta, with William going in her place. But by mid-October she was able to reappear at royal events.
In December, she and William visited New York, and she has since been working steadily, culminating with a day of public outings in south London, when William described child No. 2 as a game-changer.
