Miley Cyrus Denies Smoking Pot

Miley Cyrus has denied she posted a picture of herself smoking pot on Instagram after an image of what appears to be Miley Cyrus smoking pot was uploaded to Instagram under the account "mileyxxcyrus" accompanied by a message which read "High a f***"."

So is it Cyrus?

"I don't have an Instagram," Cyrus tweeted tonight, about four hours after writing, "Why is everybody trippin. My timeline is blowing up. Everything's all good in my life just in a creative space right now."

There's smoke covering most of the person's face in the photo - but there is a coincidence between Cyrus and the person in the photo. On what appears to be the smoker's right ring finger (we've heard of smoke and mirrors, too), there's a tattoo that strongly resembles Cyrus' equals-sign ink, which she has on that same finger. Cyrus got the tatoo last February as a statement to support marriage equality.

It's not the first time Cyrus has landed in hot water. In November 2011, a controversial video filmed at Cyrus' 19th birthday showed the former Disney star being presented with a Bob Marley birthday cake. "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f---ing weed," she said in the video.

At the time, close friend Kelly Osbourne, who also appeared in the video, quickly came to Cyrus' defense and claimed that Cyrus' stoner comment was part of an inside joke. "You guys, if Miley is not recording/filming/touring, she works every day," Osbourne tweeted. "How could she possibly do all that if she was a stoner! #think" A few months later, Cyrus was photographed coming out of a medical marijuana facility in California with a friend.

A rep from Cyrus' camp was not immediately available for comment.
