Six months after the birth of her second child, E! reality star Kourtney Kardashian is back in a bikini -- and proudly showing off her 20-kilo weight loss to WHO!

Posing poolside in Miami Dec. 13, the Kourtney and Kim & Take Miami star shared her diet and fitness secrets in a WHO Magazine exclusive, revealing that regaining her fit figure had been a slower process than after Mason, when she tried to lose weight fast with a deprivation diet and extreme exercise regimen. Not long after his 2009 birth, she collapsed while jogging. "it was just too much on my body," said Kardashian. "I was working out and not eating enough."

Conceding "it was harder to lose weight the second time around," Kardashian, mum to son Mason, 3, and daughter Penelope, 6 months (with partner Scott Disick, 29), still maintained a healthy perspective about bouncing back after baby. "I gained 20kg pounds with Penelope," Kardashian says. "I wasn't in a rush this time. I didn't even do a sit-up-until almost five months [after the birth.] I felt like, you know, this isn't a contest."

Now a lean 48 kg, the 5-foot star credits pro Tracy Anderson's 90-minute dance-focused workouts and small portion sizes for helping her slim down in record time. "This time, the focus is really on being a mum and being present, knowing my priorities," Kardashian, 33, told WHO in its new issue, on sale now.
