It's the news the world had been waiting for - a royal heir to the British throne is on the way! Inside Buckingham Palace, "there is real excitement," says a royal source. The Queen is "just so happy" and William's uncle Earl Charles Spencer tells WHO: "I'm so delighted for them both and can't wait to meet Diana's grandchild". But the couple's joy is tinged with fear after Kate, whose pregnancy is still "in its very early stages", was rushed to hospital suffering from an acute and rare form of morning sickness, prompting speculation she's carrying twins.
