Kate Thornton brings White Wine Question Time podcast to London's West End

Kate Thornton's podcast White Wine Question Time is heading towards its 150th episode - with live shows around the corner in the autumn.

The podcast, which has welcomed guests from 50 Shades author E L James to singer and presenter Danni Minogue, continued through lockdown and is now gearing up for three live London shows.

Remote guests during the pandemic have included Arlene Phillips, Ben Shephard and Denise Van Outen and Eddie Boxshall.

The show focuses around three questions put to guests by Kate Thornton.

Thornton said: "We are doing three shows in London's West End in the autumn, I can't believe it!

"We've got some incredible guests lined up for you."

The first show will see Strictly's Craig Revel Horwood join Thornton live on stage - his appearance on the podcast led to a double episode being released. He will take part in the live show at the Leicester Square Theatre on Saturday 18 September.

Having joined Thornton for a Christmas special episode, the cast of Grange Hill will once more be reunited for the second live show, on Saturday 9 October.

Todd Carty, Lee MacDonald and Alison Valentine will tell all about what went on behind those famous classroom doors and reveal what they’ve been doing since the hit show.

The final live show will feature the cast of Dun Breedin' – Angela Griffin, Alison Newman, Julie Graham, Tamzin Outhwaite, Tracy Ann Oberman and Denise Welch – as they discuss the real-life stories behind the menopause.

Tickets are available through Live Nation and the shows will take place at London's Leicester Square Theatre.
