Whip Up a Batch of Jack-o’-Lantern Shandies for Autumn Entertaining
Although a shandy is normally a summertime cocktail—and a light one at that, being basically a mixture of beer and juice—this version adds fall flavors for more of a cool-weather, late-season vibe. It gets a bit more of a kick, too, from a helping of apple brandy. It's about as refreshing as can be, and we like it equally as a batch-cocktail for quick-and-easy Halloween entertaining or as a reward after a day raking leaves or doing other fall yard work.
