Wendy's Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers Are Only 1 Cent for Nearly a Week in Honor of National Cheeseburger Day
Customers can snag the 1-cent cheeseburgers from Sept. 18 through Sept. 22
Wendy's National Cheeseburger Day deals make it easy to be cheesy.
Starting on National Cheeseburger Day, which is Sept. 18, customers can snag a 1-cent Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with any purchase. The digital offer will be available to people placing orders on the Wendy’s app and is available through Sunday, Sept. 22
The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger combines a beef patty, applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. The menu staple has been offered at a discounted price for other national food holidays, like National Hamburger Day in May and National Bacon Day in December.
Wendy’s also has unlimited $1 Frostys through the end of the month and $1 Honey Buddys — the new name for their Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit — until Sept. 30.
Krispy Kreme has their own upcoming deal, but this one has a superstitious twist.
When customers purchase a full-priced dozen doughnuts or 16-pack of minis on Friday, Sept. 13, they can snag 12 original glazed doughnuts for just 13 cents.
To access the buy-one-get-one deal, which is limited to one 13-cent dozen per customer, Krispy Kreme fans have to use the promo code “13” when ordering in-store or online via the app or website.
Shake Shack is also getting in on the food freebies, but their deal is in honor of the start of football season.
The burger chain invites football fans and chicken sandwich connoisseurs to enjoy a free Chicken Shack sandwich every "football Sunday" for the next 14 weeks.
Now through mid-December, all fans have to do is order at least $10 worth of food in-store at a kiosk or online via Shake Shack’s website or app. Then, plug in the code CHICKENSUNDAY and add a Chicken Shack sandwich to your order to snag it for free.
