Radio personality Fifi Box has paid heartbreaking tribute to Jaimi Kenny, her daughter’s half-sister, who died following a devastating battle with a long-term illness.
Jaimi, the eldest daughter of Olympians Grant Kenny and Lisa Curry, died on Monday at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital at the age of 33.
Ms Box, who gave birth to Trixie in 2013 after a relationship with Mr Kenny, shared a series of touching photos of the sisters, saying Jaimi’s death had left them ‘heartbroken’.
“The loss of such a beautiful loving sister and friend is suffocating. We laughed, we cried, we shared so many wonderful memories that I will keep alive for Trixie who loved her big sister so much, her little heart is broken.
“You loved Trixie with all your heart and she felt every inch of your love. With every tight squeezy cuddle your love poured into her. We were so blessed to have you in our lives. You were such a true and loyal friend, we love you so much and can’t bear the pain of you not being here.”
Fifi has been absent from her role on her Fox FM radio show Fifi, Fev and Byron for the past two days.

Tributes flow as scammer cashes in on tragedy
On Tuesday morning, Lisa Curry posted a tribute to her daughter on Instagram.
“Our hearts are completely broken,” she wrote, describing the loss as “so painful, I can barely breathe”.
In the midst of grieving for her daughter, Curry was forced to warn her social media followers of a fake fundraiser that was using her family tragedy in a scam.
“SOME PEOPLE!” she wrote on her Facebook page.
“Someone has started a GoFundMe page on Mark Andrew Tabone FB page… This is NOT US.”
Mark Andrew Tabone is Curry’s husband, who also labelled the fake page “disgusting”.
Curry and Kenny, who represented Australia at the Olympics in swimming and canoeing respectively, split amicably in 2009.
Curry and Tabone married in 2018.
