Tziporah Malkah slips into swimsuit after 50kg weight loss

After opening up about her recent 50kg weight loss, Tziporah Malkah is feeling fit and confident in her own skin.

The former model (previously known as Kate Fischer) was spotted wearing a printed swimsuit over the weekend as she made the most of some down-time in Sydney.

James Packer’s ex was seen chatting away on the phone while a purple towel, that matched her one-piece, was slung over her shoulder.

While she’s focusing on being fit and healthy, she was seen puffing on a cigarette on this occasion.

Last week the star opened up about dropping 10 dress sizes.

“I can walk for miles without panting and sweating. Plus, a lot of the emotional heaviness has lifted, along with the extra weight. I’m a different person!” she told New Idea.

She said with the help of personal trainer Ivan Murray, she was working out four hours a day to get her mind and body back on track.

Tziporah admitted there were “stops, starts and setbacks along the way”, but the perseverance paid off as she left behind her 120kg self.

“I no longer hate myself, I actually really like me!” she proudly claimed, and emphasised the physical transformation went hand-in-hand with a mental and emotional change as well thanks to consultations with a hypnotherapist.

Speaking on KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O show after her elimination, she revealed she she ate under a sheet to block out fellow contestants.

“I’ve had an eating disorder since I was eight, and I'm 43, that makes 35 years. That’s a lifelong condition. I’m trying to recover from that. I don't really want to be about people that trigger me while I’m trying to eat,” she said at the time.

During her time in the jungle, Tziporah lost a total of 12kg, after entering at a weight of 118kg.

The former model also opened up about battling with eating disorders from a young age while on the Channel Ten program.

“I’ve always had a very strange relationship with my body,” she said on I’m A Celeb.

“It’s like my eyes lie when I look in the mirror. I just felt like all the girls were little and blonde and here’s big tall Tziporah and I just didn’t fit in at all.”
