TV star's sex cult recruitment video emerges

Footage of Smallville star Allison Mack appearing to recruit members for the sex cult she was a member of has emerged, just days after she was charged with sourcing sex slaves for the secret “sorority.”

The 35-year-old actress was charged with sex trafficking, sex-trafficking conspiracy, and forced-labour conspiracy due to her involvement in an alleged sex cult along with the founder of NXIVM (pronounced “Nex-e-um”) and alleged cult leader, Keith Raniere.

Now a chilling video has surfaced where Allison talks about how the group Jness, a subsect of the cult NXIVM, describing it as a “women’s empowerment group”.

“Working for Jness is the most gratifying thing I’ve ever done,” she says in the lengthy clip. “It’s the most challenging because it consists of working with a group of people who are interdependent. No one is ever punished or told that they’re wrong or they’re bad.”

She goes on to say that “watching the women who are in Jness completely transform and evolve in a way that’s so pure — it’s such a privilege”.

Despite gushing about the work the group allegedly does, Allison has recently been accused of recruiting women specifically for them to be sexually abused by members.

“Working for Jness is grounding and satisfying and humbling and wonderful,” she goes on in the now eery video.

A lawyer for Allison entered a “not guilty” plea following her arrest on Friday and the star is now set to be released on $6.6 million bond after her mum reportedly bailed her out.

If convicted on all charges, the star could face up to 15 years in prison. It’s believed that she is working on a plea deal with federal prosecutors.

The actress was also ordered by a judge today not to have contact with any members of NXIVM.

“Basically, avoid contact with anyone you know associated in any way with NXIVM. Do you understand?” Judge Viktor Pohorelsky told her, according to Page Six.
