Have you tried Airlocker training?

Airlocker training is the latest fitness craze to hit the country and we got to try it out at the brand new Penrith studio. It's high intensity resistance training in a simulated altitude setting - 2800 to 3600 above sea level! Oxygen is reduced to 13% (compared to 21% outside) which makes your body work harder. The reported benefits include up to 30% more fat loss, great for soft tissue repair, and a huge boost in serotonin. It was a tough first session but we loved it!
