Travis Scott is walking away scot-free after being arrested in Paris over an alleged altercation with his security guard on Friday.

According to a statement from the Paris prosecutor's office obtained by the Associated Press on Saturday, “the police custody order for Travis Scott has been lifted and all proceedings (against him) were terminated because the incident was minor.”

A representative for the rap superstar confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that he has been "released with no charges." A source close to the artist clarified to EW that "no violence occurred" between him and his security and that Scott was held for 24 hours by Paris police "over a verbal argument."

They added, "There are no plans for him to be charged in the future and there are no injuries to any other party including his security. Travis has been swarmed by fans and paparazzi all week while in Paris. He blamed his bodyguard for not adequately protecting him."

Scott, who was born Jacques Bermon Webster II, was arrested at the Four Seasons Hotel George V early Friday morning for "violence against a security guard," according to a statement from the Paris Prosecutor's Office obtained by the Associated Press. It added that hotel security staff had to step in after the 33-year-old got into a dispute with his bodyguard.

The "Sicko Mode" performer is one of the many celebrities who have been visiting Paris to watch the 2024 Summer Olympics. He was recently spotted sitting courtside with Quavo at the men's semi-final basketball match between the U.S. and Serbia on Thursday.

However, when not at Olympic events, Scott appears to have had difficulty navigating the City of Light. Video footage shared on social media shows the musician making a pushing motion as he is swarmed by paparazzi and his excited fans before diving into an awaiting car. In another clip, he can be seen skipping toward a police officer who, after a short conversation, temporarily begins walking with Scott to his destination.

Scott was previously arrested in June on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing after authorities found the rapper "yelling at the vessel occupants" at the Miami Beach Marina. A source told EW at the time there "was no physical altercation with anyone," describing the legal action as a "minor incident akin to receiving a ticket with no injuries." He paid a $650 total bond for both charges.
