Timothée Chalamet Looks Unrecognizable At Bob Dylan Biopic Premiere: 'What's Going On Here?'
Timothée Chalamet is still in character for his latest film role, and his fans can hardly recognize him.
The actor, who stars as Bob Dylan in the new biopic A Complete Unknown, appeared to be taking his portrayal of the music legend a step further this week, when he showed up on the red carpet while still dressed as Dylan.

For the New York premiere of the new movie on Dec. 13, Chalamet, 28, showed up looking far different from his usual self. Instead of his recognizable dark, curly locks, he appeared to be wearing a blonde wig with straight pieces of hair sticking out from under a beanie.
The look was an apparent reference to Dylan's own red carpet look back in 2003, when he attended the Sundance Film Festival for a screening of his country western film Masked and Anonymous.
At the time, Dylan posed for a photo-op while sporting a black leather jacket paired with a plaid scarf, a blue beanie and blond fringe peeking out of his hat.
Though Chalamet might not have looked like his usual self during Thursday's screening, his recreation of Dylan's look from 2003 was spot-on.
"Same energy," read a post shared by the film's official Instagram page, which featured a side-by-side comparison of Dylan's original look and Chalamet's take on it.
"He's COMMITTED to the promo and we love to see it. 🙂↕️" one user commented on the photos, while someone else said Chalamet was "so iconic" for dressing up as Dylan.
"he’s soooo camp i love it," another user wrote on X (formerly Twitter) after seeing the photos, even though some other fans were left feeling unsettled by Chalamet's drastic change in appearance.
"He's channeling a bit too hard omg?" one stunned user tweeted.
"What is going ooooooon here?" another person wanted to know.
A Complete Unknown officially releases in theaters on Dec. 25.
