Controversial TikTok star Bryce Hall leaves fans shocked with his latest venture: 'He actually sounds smart'

Bryce Hall, a Sway House member who has come under fire over the past few months for continuing to party during the pandemic, has a new venture.

The TikTok star, who has 14 million followers on the platform, just launched a new financial podcast called “Capital University.”

He told People that going “completely broke” made him realize how crucial it is to properly manage your money, and he wanted to share his newfound knowledge with his fans who might find themselves in similar situations.

“I always thought money was an object,” he said. “I was spending money before I even had it.”

Alongside his co-host, investor Anthony “Pomp” Pompliano, Hall aims to breakdown the basics of investing and financial security. Of course, he’ll touch on the challenges of being young, rich and famous, as well.

Speaking of those challenges, Hall and his friend Blake Grey are currently facing misdemeanor charges after throwing massive house parties at their Los Angeles mansion amid the pandemic, in spite of local health orders. They are each facing up to a year in jail and $2,000 in fines.

His supporters seem to be surprised but excited about his new venture, though.

“Go listen to my really annoying brothers podcast,” fellow influencer Jaden Hossler said on Twitter. “He actually sounds smart for once.”

“Hearing Bryce talk about how he wants his YouTube content to be real & not hide anything so he doesn’t care about the ads & so he’s doing bigger things … THAT’S MY BOY SO PROUD,” another user wrote.

Perhaps through this podcast, he’ll learn his lesson about how his actions impact others. If you’re curious, you can listen to “Capital University” on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
