The Block's Ronnie and Georgia hit back at split rumours: 'Literal lies'

The Block All Stars Ronnie and Georgia have hit back at rumours they were 'living apart', denying any reports that they have split.

During an Instagram Q&A on Friday one fan asked the question: "So many rumours you two aren't together anymore. Please tell me this isn't true."

The Perth couple, who married in 2011 and have two children, were quick to set the record straight, telling their followers not to believe everything they read.

"Don't believe everything you read!" Georgia wrote.

"Rondog was filming in Sydney before The Block auction [in November] and I was in Perth with the kids.

"I think this is where this 'living apart' rumour started."

She also hit out at gossip magazines, saying they "write literal lies. It's crazy what they get away with".

Viewers were shocked when fellow All Stars Mitch and Mark were crowned this year’s winners during The Block finale while fan favourites Ronnie and Georgia came in last place.

The parents to nine-year-old son Leo and seven-year-old daughter Charlotte, had been 'strong contenders' heading into auction day, but ended up making the least amount of money when their four-bedroom home sold for $3,696,000, leaving them with a profit of $296,000.

After the finale aired, Ronnie and Georgia took to Instagram to reflect on their reality TV journey and took a parting shot at controversial contestants Tanya and Vito.

“Our Block journey might not have ended the way we planned but it’s still such a fabulous financial outcome for our family,” they wrote.

"We hold our heads high knowing we left nothing in the tank, did the best we could whilst playing an honest and fair game. Being on the smallest parcel of land and positioned on a corner were factors out of our control.”

It comes shortly after it was announced that Ronnie Caceres will be joining the cast of Celebrity Apprentice next year.

The reality TV star will be facing Lord Sugar in the boardroom alongside MAFS bride Beck Zemek, actress Jodi Gordon, singer Samantha Jade, comedian Jean Kittson, RHOM’s Gamble Breaux, TV host Darren McMullen, NRL legend Benji Marshall, Olympic gold medalist Bronte Campbell, Australian Ninja Warrior semi-finalist Eloni Vunakece, actor Vince Colosimo, social media superstar Carla from Bankstown, international supermodel Jarrod Scott, motivational speaker Turia Pitt and radio duo Will and Woody.
