The 90-second beauty hack Victoria Beckham swears by

If you’ve ever wondered how Victoria Beckham looks fresh as a daisy on the daily, there’s a big reason why.

The 42-year-old mother-of-four, who is also the founder of her very own fashion and beauty brand, credits her morning routine for her dewy glow.

In fact, the former Spice Girl manages to wake herself up and get a much-needed energy boost by using this 90 second beauty hack.

According to Harper’s Bazaar, Beckham takes a specific type of shower, which opens up her capillaries in 90 seconds.

The stunning mom blasts her skin with cold water for 30 seconds and then turns on the hot tap for a further 30 seconds.

However it’s the last 30 seconds we don’t know if we’d be able for, as Beckham then bravely spends that time dousing herself in freezing cold water.

Apparently, the constantly changing temperatures causes the blood-flow to increase and gives a boost to the cells in the body and brain.

This isn’t the first time Beckham has revealed her beauty secrets as last year she told Vogue she uses special eye drops from Japan to keep her looking wide awake.

“I also carry eye drops, these I get from Japan. Really make your whites super super white and I have so many children that I am up in the night and I do not get enough sleep, that I do not go anywhere without the eye drops,” she said.

Speaking to Net-A-Porter's The Edit, Beckham also revealed what types of foods she eats to keep her skin glowing.

"I see a dermatologist in LA, called Dr. Harold Lancer, who is incredible,” she said.

“I've known him for years–he sorted my skin out.

"I used to have really problematic skin and he said to me, 'You have to eat salmon every single day.' I said, 'Really, every day?' And he said, 'Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.'"
