If you're anything like me, you're pretty much willing to try every wellness trend out there.

And though I love some self-care, I hate being scammed. So I want to know: What wellness trend have you tried that you think is a waste of money?

Maybe you've gone down the supplement and IV vitamin path, but realized that you haven't really seen any changes in your body or health.
