Reality star's son removed from her care after her husband killed their dog

Janelle Eason’s son, Kaiser, has been removed from her care after her husband beat up and then shot and killed the family dog.

The 27-year-old MTV star was at the family’s North Carolina home at the end of April. when David Eason reportedly brought their French bulldog, Nugget, into the woods and shot him.

Now, according to Janelle, four-year-old Kaiser is in the care of his dad and her ex-fiancé, Nathan Griffith, after he was taken away ‘without her consent’ just before Mother’s Day.

“Kaiser was taken from his daycare by his grandmother [Nathan Griffith’s mother, Doris] with no notice or call to me,” the reality star told US Weekly.

“CPS told Doris to take Kaiser without my consent and still have no legal paperwork signed by the judge stating my kids are taken from me.”

Janelle explained that she and Kaiser’s dad, Nathan, are on good terms and he ‘doesn’t want Kaiser taken’ from her.

She went on to say her relationship with David is still in ‘a healing process’ and they’re about to start marriage counselling.

Janelle’s eldest son, Jace, lives with Janelle’s mother, who has full custody of the nine-year-old boy.

According to Janelle, her mum is ‘keeping Jace’ from her as payback for ‘being let go from MTV’.

Janelle celebrated Mother’s Day her two-year-old daughter, Enseley, the only one of her three children currently in her care.

Last week, it was revealed that Janelle has been fired from her role on Teen Mom 2.

A spokesperson from MTV told TMZ that they’ve ‘stopped filming with Janelle’.

"We have stopped with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season,” the spokesperson said.

"MTV ended its relationship with David Eason over a year ago in February 2018 and has no filmed any new episodes of Teen Mom 2 with him since."

According to TMZ, David’s contract came to an end over homophobic comments he made.

It comes after Janelle said she was considering divorce over David’s alleged actions.

“He just took her and shot her in the woods… about two acres away from the house,” the reality star told Us Weekly.

Janelle said she was ‘distraught’ over the death of her beloved dog and divorce might be on the cards.

“At this time, we are dealing with this rough situation. I want to focus on what’s best for me and my kids,” she said.

“[Divorce is] in thoughts, but nothing is finalised.”

The couple introduced Nugget to the world in August 2018, with a photo showing him looking out the car window.
