Kailyn Lowry's family is growing again!
The Teen Mom star, 31, has welcomed twins — a son and a daughter — with boyfriend Elijah Scott, the podcaster confirmed on the latest episode of Barely Famous that dropped on Friday.
The couple welcomed their son and daughter at 11:36 and 11:40 p.m., respectively, Lowry and Scott said. The babies were born five weeks early, but the couple didn't confirm the twins' birth date. However, they did reveal the twins were 6 weeks old when the podcast was recorded.
Lowry and Scott appeared together on the special episode of the podcast, where they opened up about their birth experience with the twins, who were welcomed via C-section, and their stay in the NICU.
The reality star said she cried tears of fear at the thought of having a C-section, which she had never underwent before.
"I was terrified, because I'm like, 'I just don't love this idea,' " Lowry admitted, adding that she knew she had to because her son was breech.

The reality TV personality added that she didn't realize Scott wouldn't be allowed in the room until right before they started the procedure. Lowry said she felt concerned for her life because she couldn't feel herself breathe due to the medications she was given.
Lowry also confirmed that she got her tubes tied after her youngest child and only daughter was born.
"They cut my tubes out," she said, adding that she was surprised that they tell women that they might feel a side effect of regret after getting the procedure done.
"I don't regret it. But also if I did not get my tubes taken out and got pregnant again it would not...like it wouldn't have upset me," she admitted.
The podcaster also said that she would've preferred to give birth without medication because she didn't like the side effects she felt coming off of the drugs.
She also warned her listeners about doing too much activity during recovery and recounted the story of ripping open her incision while doing housework.
Lowry's final thoughts on her C-section, per notes she wrote on her phone, were: "I hated every minute of it, wouldn't recommend it to anyone." But she added that she didn't think she had any major complications.
Scott said he was nervous watching Lowry struggle through the experience.
Lowry's newest little ones join son Rio, 14 months, whom she also shares with Scott, Creed, 3½, and Lux, 6½, with ex Chris Lopez, 10-year-old son Lincoln with ex Javi Marroquin and 14-year-old son Isaac with ex Jo Rivera.
On a tell-all episode of her podcast Barely Famous earlier this month, Lowry opened up about putting an end to the "baby-making" part of her parenting journey.
"The chapter of motherhood will be closing as far as baby-making, but I'm excited for my kids," she shared.
"Now I feel like our family is complete — I won't have anything missing. I won't feel like, 'What if we had another one?' I'm excited to explore this motherhood journey in terms of privacy and putting out what I want to put out. I'm excited for that," she continued.
"I'm a little nervous about having four babies in one month. I don't know what birthday parties are going to look like, but I'm excited to see how this goes. Isaac is going to be driving before I know it, so it's just a bunch of milestones all at one time — lots of new beginnings and also closed chapters, I feel."
Aside from continuing to be a devoted mom to her children, Lowry has been a trailblazer in the podcast space. In addition to Barely Famous, she also currently hosts two other podcasts on PodcastOne: Coffee Convos with Lindsie Chrisley and Baby Mamas No Drama with Vee Rivera.
Lowry joined 16 and Pregnant during its second season in 2010 and later appeared on Teen Mom 2, though she announced her departure from the franchise in May 2022.
"I also think that people didn't really expect me to do anything with my degree and just float around after MTV," she told PEOPLE in February.
"I really wanted to focus on making a name for myself outside of TV, and I wanted to be recognized for something other than Teen Mom," she shared. "So, people really did have a hard time accepting me for anything other than being a teen mom. I think that was one of the bigger challenges for me."
