Despite just wrapping up the Eras Tour on Sunday night in Vancouver, British Columbia, Taylor Swift was out and about in Kansas City on Thursday. The 14-time Grammy winner visited Children's Mercy Hospital just days after concluding her 149 show, five continent super tour.

Swift brightened the day of children getting treatment at the hospital, but the patients clearly had an impact on the The Tortured Poets Department singer, too. Photos and video from the day showed Swift -- who turns 35 on December 13 -- smiling and laughing with the kids as she took selfies and signed autographs.

One patient elicited a hilarious reaction as they told her "I like Travis [Kelce] now," referring to Swift's boyfriend and Chiefs tight end. Without missing a beat, Swift stated, "me too."

A perfect interaction.
