Taylor Swift Fans Gush After a New Relationship First Is Caught on Camera

Taylor Swift fans are praising Travis Kelce after the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was caught on camera doing a relationship first.

After the Chiefs' win against the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game on Sunday, Jan. 26, Swift, 35, could be seen congratulating Kelce, 35, while hugging and kissing him on the field in a video posted via TikTok. In that same clip, Kelce also gave his girlfriend's security guard, Drew, a hug—something that Swifties claim hasn't been done by any of her former boyfriends before.

Fans went wild over the pair's interaction, with one social media user writing, "I love that Travis took the time to reach out and tap Drew, Tay’s main bodyguard. And the look of absolute gratitude from him."

Another said, "Aww 🥲 She says I love you, I’m so proud of you 🫶 The way he respects her security team, he’s an amazing person," while a separate user added, "He hugged security!!! Love it!!! 'Thanks for keeping my girl safe!!'”

Kelce hugging Swift's security guard wasn't the only thing caught on camera after the Chiefs took down the Bills for their third consecutive Super Bowl championship run.

In another clip posted via TikTok on Sunday, the Tortured Poets Department artist and the "New Heights" podcaster looked "so hyped" as they walked through Arrowhead Stadium after the Chiefs win, with the NFL star's mom, Donna Kelce, beaming at the couple from behind.

"Mama Kelce back there smiling at the love she is witnessing," wrote one fan, while another added, "Not sure who made me smile bigger - Taylor and her excitement, or Mama Kelce witnessing the immense love between the 2."

Swift and Travis' romance began in the summer of 2023. Throughout the course of their relationship, the duo have supported one another in their individual endeavors, with Travis joining the 14-time Grammy Award winner on her record-breaking Eras Tour on numerous dates, one of which he took the stage with his longtime love.

His appearance at Wembley Stadium in June last year even earned him an iHeartRadio Music Award nomination for Favorite Surprise Guest at this year's award ceremony, which airs on March 17.

For her part, Swift has attended nearly all the Chiefs home games throughout the 2024-2025 NFL season as the franchise looks to nab its third consecutive Super Bowl title. Travis and the rest of the Chiefs will take on the Philadelphia Eagles—Travis' brother Jason Kelce's former team—for the coveted championship title on Sunday, February 9.
