Taylor Swift is cementing her place in the Hugh Grant fan club.
On Monday, June 24, the 34-year-old superstar responded to the Love Actually actor’s high praise that he shared on X (formerly Twitter) after attending her second Eras Tour show in London on Saturday, June 22.
“Dear @taylorswift13, You have an incredible show, an amazing and v hospitable team and excellent if gigantic boyfriend (#tequilashots.),” Grant, 63, wrote of the “Cruel Summer” singer and her NFL star beau, Travis Kelce, on Sunday. “Thanks so much from one ageing London boy, wife and thrilled 8 year old #halfgirlhalfbracelet.”
Swift wrote back the following day and declared herself an official “stan” of the Emmy-nominated actor before expressing her gratitude.

Swift’s second Eras Tour show in London was a star-studded event that brought out big names like Tom Cruise and Liam Hemsworth, plus others such as Rachel Zegler, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and Barbie director Greta Gerwig.
The third show held at London’s Wembley Stadium on Sunday, June 23, was an even bigger spectacle when Kelce, 34, surprised fans by joining his pop star girlfriend on stage. The Kansas City Chief tight end, 34, made his official tour debut in a tuxedo and top hat, as he stepped in for a dancer who usually carries Swift during her "I Can Do It with a Broken Heart" transition.
He remained for the rest of the segment, even showing off some of his dance moves before flashing a smile and exiting the stage.
Swift celebrated her first stretch of Wembley Stadium shows in an Instagram post on Monday, calling them “surreal.” “Looking out into crowds of 90,000 fans each night and hearing that VOLUME… Those were some of the loudest crowds I’ve ever heard,” she continued in a caption, also praising collaborator Gracie Abrams and Paramore’s Hayley Williams, who performed a surprise duet with her.
“And I’m still cracking up/swooning over @killatrav’s Eras Tour debut 🥰,” the 14-time Grammy winner added. “Never going to forget these shows. Can’t wait to do it 5 more times in August.”
Next up, Swift will perform a trio of shows in Dublin, Ireland, June 28-30 before making more tour stops in Amsterdam. She’s set to return to London for five additional shows in late August.
