Popular food blogger snackbetch reports that the fast food chain is rolling out a new “Midnight Cherry Freeze” nationwide now.
Fans were quick to jump into the comments to declare their delight at the new offering, with one person writing “That looks so good” and another proclaiming that they “Can't wait to try this.”
Some people claimed to have already tried the drink, with one commenter writing that “It was pretty good, though the cherry syrup mostly sank to the bottom.” Another person agreed, sharing, “These are soooo good 👍😊 I recommend it.”
Other fans thought the flavor sounded familiar, but the food blogger clarified that it’s a variation of a similar flavor that the fast food chain has offered in the past. “oh yes!!! it was midnight berry before!” replied a fan.
Earlier this year, fans were delighted when Taco Bell announced other frozen drink launches in June: the Strawberry Limonada and Vanilla Creme Limonada. Those beverages used a lemonade freeze base with a frozen strawberry mix and a vanilla creamer with a frozen lemonade base, respectively.
And there’s more good news for those who choose to live más—Taco Bell took its “Through the Decades” menu nationwide this fall, bringing back several fan favorites including the tostada from the 1960s, the green burrito from the 1970s, and the meximelt from the 1980s.
