'Spiraling' Ariana Madix Is Ready to Call Cops as Ex Tom Sandoval Plans a Rager in Their Shared Home
Ariana recalled Tom's previous birthday bashes with loud music and rowdy party guests, "But now that we're not together, I'm not putting up with that s---"
Ariana Madix is no longer interested in putting up with Tom Sandoval's antics, whether or not it's his birthday!
Ahead of next week's episode of Vanderpump Rules, the Chicago performer, 38, denied the Schwartz & Sandys co-owner's request to throw a birthday party in their shared home. Communicating through third parties, Tom's assistant Ann was given the awkward task of asking Ariana for permission.
"Tomorrow's my birthday, I wanted to just, like, have people over," he says.
As he sees the skeptical look on Ann's face, Tom adds: "Ariana's obviously invited if she wants to come."
When his assistant notes his ex will probably won't be attending the festivities, Tom suggests, "You can ask her if she wants to stay in, like, a nice hotel. I could get her a nice hotel room."
Despite his gesture, Ariana isn't willing to let a party happen under their shared roof.
"That's not happening," she says with a smile. "I think that's very disrespectful and inappropriate. If he wants to have a party, he can have it somewhere else."
"If there are people here making noise, I will call the cops," she adds.
In a conversation with cameras, the Dancing with the Stars alum recalls the memories of Tom's previous birthday bashes and how the idea of another one happening has sent her "spiraling."
"There would be loud music playing, mess, disgusting, everywhere, and it would be, like, three, four, five, sometimes six in the morning," she explains. "But now that we're not together, I'm not putting up with that s---."
The exes had been in a relationship for nine years when Ariana learned that Tom was cheating on her with their costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. Though the two officially called it quits in March 2023, the pair had been at odds about what would happen to the Los Angeles home that they bought together in 2019 and renovated in 2021.

Ten months later, Ariana sued Tom over their L.A. abode as the two allegedly disagreed on the sale of their home, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
According to the documents, Ariana wanted an "equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale," including the "payment of debt secured by same and the costs of partition," as well as the inclusion of attorneys' fees, and title expenses.
The reality star ultimately requested that they sell the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home as a "partition by sale," so the proceeds can be evenly split between her and Tom.
