Sonia Kruger, 54, stuns in tiger print bikini

Sonia Kruger has shown her fans just how you can stay in shape through dance.

The television host and media personality, who this year launched her own dance-based fitness and nutrition platform Strictly You, has rocked a tiger-print bikini in a new Instagram post - and it’s sending her followers wild.

“Post @strictly_you workout swim. A girl’s gotta treat herself,” Sonia, 54, captioned the image, showing off her toned figure.

She also shared a clip of herself wriggling out of a pool floaty.

“Beautiful,” one fan wrote.

“One hot mumma,” another agreed.

Plenty of her followers were desperate to know where she got her super cute bikini, with Sonia revealing it’s from The Upside.

Former Nine colleague, Silvia Jeffreys, simply wrote “Haaawt”, with reporter, Natalia Copper, adding: “Gorgeous Sonia”.

Earlier this month Sonia Kruger announced she was leaving the Nine network after eight years.

Sonia made the announcement on Today Extra, telling viewers she was ‘ready for something new’, but very sad to leave the network after such a long time on board.

“I have had an amazing time here I’ve been very privileged to work on some top-shelf programs and of course with you David Campbell,” she said on the program.

The former actress and dancer turned media personality, has been the face of Today Extra, as well as the host of programs like The Voice.

She also told 9Honey at the time the decision will allow her extra time with her daughter Maggie who turns five next year.

“I have more time to spend with Maggie now, rather than being committed on that daily basis,” she said.
