Sofía Vergara spent her Valentine’s Day with someone very special to her, as evidenced by a sweet snap shared on social media.
The Modern Family star posted a photo of herself wearing a cozy red sweatshirt on Feb. 14, snuggled up with her chihuahua, aptly named Amore.
In the snap, Vergara looked directly into the camera with a soft smile as Amore posed serenely with a red velvet ribbon tied around its neck that featured a rosette on the front.
Dozens of roses could be seen in the background of the photo, from sultry red to delicate white. A cake with light pink frosting, again in a rose pattern, was off to the side.

Vergara captioned the photo simply, wishing her fans a happy Valentine’s Day in Spanish alongside a red heart emoji.
This wasn’t the first time that day that the Griselda star sent her followers well wishes to mark the occasion—she also posted a photo of Amore and another pup with the caption “Happy ❤️day!”
In that photo, the two dogs posed on a marble coffee table next to several arrangements of red roses, an arrangement of white roses, a pink teddy bear, and a three-tiered serving tray overflowing with chocolate-covered strawberries.
