Snag the Fitbit Charge 6 for only $100 with Amazon Black Friday deals

This Fitbit Black Friday deal makes the best fitness band even better.

As a rule, new tech doesn't go on sale for a while after it drops. The Fitbit Charge 6, though, seems to be an exception. It only launched last month, when it was introduced with a slew of updated features, including improved accuracy, sleep monitoring, better battery life and more. You can grab one of these for yourself for just $100 right now with this early Black Friday deal, down from its usual price of $160. That's almost 40% off!

This brand-new entry to the Fitbit lineup has up to seven days of battery life on a single charge, includes six months of Fitbit Premium for free, and has a suite of and tools to help you make the most out of its features.

Why is this a good Black Friday deal?

Easy: This is the lowest price this Fitbit has ever been. In other words, this Amazon Black Friday sale brings one heck of a price drop!

Why do I need this?

This is one of the most advanced Fitbits ever, and one of the most stylish. It comes in three color combinations: a black case with a black band, a gold case with a red band, and a silver case with a white band. Though the bands are one-size-fits-all, you can buy aftermarket bands to customize your Fitbit even further.

This tracker handles more than 40 different exercise modes, features built-in GPS, 24/7 heart rate tracking, and much more. It combines these different metrics to give you things like a Daily Readiness Score — a "charge level" for your body based on how well you slept the night before and your level of exertion — and much more. You also get automatic exercise tracking, workout intensity mapping, and even reminders to move if you sit for too long.

The battery life lasts for up to seven days, and the Fitbit is water resistant up to 50 meters. Since you get six months of Fitbit Premium free out of the box, you'll get to sample the full features of the Fitbit. Many of the best perks, like the Daily Readiness Score, are available only as part of the Premium membership. Once the free trial expires, it's $10 per month.

The Fitbit Charge 6 is the top-of-the-line fitness tracker that's also a top-of-the-line stocking stuffer.

What reviewers say

"First off, this is a very comfortable strap to wear. It lays flat and the new strap design allows the slack to tuck underneath the wrist. The device paired easily with the app. It automatically disconnected my prior model and kept all of the data. I switched from the Fitbit account to my Google account prior to pairing. There was an update that took 15 minutes and another 20 minutes to fully charge — then it I was good to go," said one shopper.

One small-handed customer said, "The Charge 6 was super easy to set up, works great and charged fast. I’ve had several different versions of Fitbits and this is my favorite so far. Easy to read, easy to use. Comfortable on small wrists."

"I've had a soft spot for the fitness band category of products for a long time. Something about the small form factor, lightweight, and battery life combined with the smart features I want and none of the ones I don't care about really speaks to me. The Fitbit Charge 6 makes the best fitness band even better, the Google Maps integration specifically has been extremely welcome," one fan said. "My one negative is Fitbit's paid service. I get everything I want and need out of the device without paying for the added features they offer but it's worth noting."

Seven days of battery life means you only need to take it off once a week to charge, which is great for staying on top of your fitness scores.
