Simu Liu Smiles with Girlfriend Allison Hsu in Cute Thanksgiving Photos: 'Thankful'

A fun trip to Disneyland is among the glimpses of Simu Liu and Allison Hsu’s Thanksgiving festivities

Simu Liu is giving thanks for a festive holiday weekend.

In a Sunday, Dec. 1 Instagram post, the actor, 35, shared glimpses of a fun-filled Thanksgiving alongside Allison Hsu, his girlfriend since 2022. Liu’s caption was simple: “thankful,” he wrote.

The photos include a smiling Liu and Hsu in front of a spread of delicious-looking beans, potatoes, meat and gravy; the Shang-Chi star carving a turkey for that table; and what looks to be a family trip to Disneyland, complete with a fireworks display over the Sleeping Beauty Castle and a giddy ride on the Incredibles-themed Incredicoaster.

On her Instagram Stories the same day, Hsu shared more snapshots of the couple's Disneyland adventure, including a selfie with her in a Minnie Mouse ears headband next to Liu.

A musician and digital marketing manager at Interscope Records, Hsu has posted photos of her boyfriend as recently as Nov. 25, when she shared in an Instagram post carousel a shot of Liu with his dog Chopa.

The couple, who made their relationship public in December 2022, have shared other glimpses of their finding time within a “busy and chaotic schedule,” as Liu called it in an Instagram post celebrating Hsu’s birthday last December.

The Canadian star wrote at the time, “whether we’re on another crazy trip to god-knows-where for who-knows-what, or just binging our way through friends at home, there’s simply nothing better than holding your hand. thanks for never giving up on me.”

Liu's "schedule's always packed," he told PEOPLE at the world premiere of his movie Barbie last summer. “It's just hard for anybody who travels a lot to fight for time together and make sure you're taking enough time to be present with each other and to kind of block out everything that everybody wants,” he added.

Following his work in 2024’s Atlas and Jackpot!, Liu will next appear in Stephanie Hsu's upcoming Peacock comedy Laid and the Woody Harrelson movie Last Breath.
