Home Chef Hustle marks a return for Stuff Packs after nearly three years, and a new trailer (which can be viewed above) and blog post confirm that Simmers will be getting a variety of new gameplay, Create-a-Sim items and Build Buy items.
We also have a release date: Thursday, September 28.
The pack is aimed at Simmers who want home chef gameplay to be expanded, and there are a few new appliances featured, alongside a range of new interior design options for the kitchen.
With many European team members working on this pack, it is unsurprising that much of the content and designs have been inspired by European kitchens.
New appliances for the kitchen include a stand mixer, a waffle maker and a countertop pizza oven, which all bring new gameplay.
There's also a new way to make money, with Sims able to run a food stand. Sims can decide the name of their stand as well as what food to serve.
The Stuff Pack is launching on all the usual platforms on the same day – PC, Mac, PlayStation and Xbox.
But Home Chef Hustle is the first Stuff Pack in a long time. Since the release of the Paranormal Stuff Pack in January 2021, the team behind the game has opted to focus on the smaller-sized and cheaper Kits instead of Stuff Packs.
It's unclear if the release of Home Chef Hustle will be a one-off or if more Stuff Packs are planned.
Elsewhere, fans can expect a new full expansion before the end of the year.
The Sims 4 is available on PC, Mac, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
