Simone Biles Cameos on “Hard Knocks”, Shares Sweet Moment with Jonathan Owens After the Bears Win

The gymnast supported her husband as the Chicago Bears played a preseason game against the Cincinnati Bengals

Simone Biles is ready for football season!

On the third episode of the HBO series Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Chicago Bears, the 27-year-old Olympian supported her husband, Jonathan Owens, during the Bears' preseason game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

"I like those glasses girl," Owens, 29, said in a clip of the first Biles sighting on the episode. The couple shared a sweet kiss on the sidelines before Owens took the field against Joe Burrow and the Bengals.

Cameras followed the most decorated American gymnast in Olympic history as she reacted to the internet's disapproval over her outfit on social media. Biles wore a black and white oversized jacket which appeared to depict her husband in a No. 34 jersey — that he wore while playing with the Green Bay Packers.

"I would be taking that jacket off if I were you," Biles' friend told her in the episode, before determining that the internet was "in an uproar" over the jacket.

While Biles has yet to respond to the backlash, she has since shared images of her outfit, which also featured a Prada bucket hat, jumpsuit and her custom diamond-encrusted goat necklace.

Following the Bears' 27-3 win over the Bengals, Biles met up with safety as the two prepared to leave Soldier Field. That's when the cameras caught the two taking a selfie together before laughing about the sweet moment.

"Your family, they're so excited to see you," Biles was then heard saying as she and Owens walked away hand-in-hand.

The gold medalist showed off another accessory — a protective ankle brace on her left foot — while supporting Owens at the game. Biles sustained an injury to her calf during warmups at the Paris Olympics and powered through the injury in the qualifications and finals.

Owens, meanwhile, signed with the Chicago Bears after spending a season with the Green Bay Packers.

Biles supporting Owens in Chicago comes days after the 11-time Olympic medalist reunited with Owens and posted the first photo of him on social media since her return from the Olympics.

The couple tied the knot in a courthouse wedding in April 2023 before jetting off for a destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with friends and family the following month.

Owens was immediately forced to move to Green Bay after the wedding, which Biles said felt "different" during an interview with Hoda Kotb on the Today show in Sept. 2023.

Biles shared a silver lining to being in a long-distance relationship, however. "At least we're both busy and focusing on our respective sports. It's been nice," said the gymnast.

Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Chicago Bears airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on HBO and Max.
